Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please contact us via phone (0499 251 244) or email us at pcvoigt@activ8.net au to discuss.

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us to arrange a replacement. Our refund and returns policy are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you need to exchange, send us an email at pcvoigt@activ8.net.au and we will organise replacement items as well as information on how to return the item.
